The owner was helpful, informative and friendly. Rooms were clean.

Friendly staff -- too friendly!

They gave our room to someone else. Then they gave us the wrong key for our replacement room. Somebody had burned popcorn in the microwave and the room stunk badly. The a/c made terrible noises all night so sleep was almost impossible. The curtains did not close all the way.

Price wise was awesome as well as the owner, LaVeta. We would for sure stay here if/when we return to Gunnison Colorado.

Room was cledan and had frig and microwave

Beds were excellent, room clean and staff very nice.

Check out time of 10 am was a little early. had to hustle to get everyone ready so we could check out in time. but, we made it!

Locally owned location frindly

Dog friendly, park nearby, close to main street. It was nice to sit outside in front of our room. Our dog enjoyed it also.

We couldn't make coffee in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good value, clean rooms. Great location.

A little street noise because it was on main street.

Very good location within the town. Very close to both Western State College, and the downtown area. Furthermore the quality of the room is very good for the price you pay!

Breakfast provided was not spectacular, but you are very close to some great local restaurants!

Proximity to campus

Needs updating. Looking a bit shabby. Wash cloth was so thin that when wet, you could see your hand thru it.

The motel was old and run down. Everthing is in poor condition, mattresses,towels bedding, air conditioning did not work.The carpet was very dirty.

Great place to stay, the staff were very nice and accomodating. Room was perfect, smelled a little like smoke but the facilities were great.

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Walking distance from Main Steet. I will stay there again.
